Where can I get a free phone in WI?

Try the Lifeline program from the PSC in Wisconsin. Basically some carriers will offer free, older cell phones to people who qualify based on income and benefits levels. There may even be a free iphone given out sometimes, and look here. https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/htm ... phone.html

Please if you are able to assist me with getting my phone service turned back on I would appreciate it. Or a free phone from the government which I think is Lifeline. My name is Michael, I live at Kaukauna WI. It is right above a restaurant. I have 3 kids, the oldest and middle children I am not apart of their lives. A free iPhone would help me stay in touch / regain their trust. I really wish that I was able to be able to and I have struggled with depression because of it. But my youngest that is a little over 2 years old now I get to see and am apart of her life just about every day. She has helped me out of my depression without even knowing it.
My youngest is named Seraphina, then my middle daughter is named Mariah, and my oldest daughter is named Serenity.
I'm only trying to ask for whatever help that might be available to get my phone back on and a free phone. I have never had to do something like this before, and I do feel ashamed that I have had to start looking online for any programs that might be able to help me out with a iPhone, even an old one. I have always been a very hard worker and have only asked or seeked help when it was very necessary to survive. I have been on snap only a few times when it was all I was able to do to assure that I was able to do anything to keep on going.
Please if there is anything or any forms I have to fill out I will. I need to be able to get in contact with my ex girlfriend about my youngest daughter to stay in her life as much as I possibly can. I can't give or lose any amount of time that I am able to have with her what so ever. It's the only thing that is keeping me going at the moment.
My electric just shut off earlier tonight, I am working at the moment. But it is hardly paying the bills. Because I tell Seraphina's mom that I can at very least pay for her diapers and wipes, milk, bread, butter, etc. everything that W. I. C. Was paying for before Seraphina turned to the age of her cut off.
Thank you for even reading any and all of this, I don't know exactly how many emails you have to go through or that you stop reading after a while of having to go through case by case to weed out the ones that might be scams and you have to figure out which ones to take or blow off.
I am praying that I do receive something back from you very soon. I do use the restaurant's WiFi underneath my apartment to send emails and check on my stuff.
I have reached out also to st Paul de Vicente as well to seek some form of assistance to get my phone back on, so I can have my youngest daughter back over by my house. I'll check my inbox if my email asap when I wake up to hopefully see a response from you or St Paul de Vicente.
I will try and sleep with my fingers crossed that I am able to have or get some kind of response back soon
