Looking for school supplies and clothes in Fort Worth TX area

Hi, my name is Heather and I applied for the school supply program through the Fort Worth United Way. I got emails confirming I was accepted into the program for my kids to get clothes and a backpack, as well as tablet, for school. I have been having some major financial problems and my phone was discontinued so I wanted to check and make sure no one had tried to contact me.
