Need money for utility bills in Seattle

There is only one place in this town that helps and I’m already on their waiting list and have been for over 2 months. I have an autistic 3-year-old and a 14-year-old girl. The city of Seattle, WA is shutting off my electric tomorrow unless I have the money and I don’t. I am having a yard sale to see how much I can come up with, but they want the full payment.
And it’s not just my electricity, it’s all together here so it will be my electricity and water that will be shut off. Please help me I don’t know what to do at this point, it hurts to have to ask for help. My old job let me go because I’ve had to take off so much for my son’s dress and therapies. This hurts so much to know I can pay my bills right now and possibly lose everything I’ve worked so hard for to make sure my kids have a home and not living on the streets.
I’m begging you to please help me, and my kids pay for our electricity and then I’ll have to worry about getting my house payment paid by the 17th. I’m a strong independent woman who has always been able to provide for my kids and now I’m having trouble and need some help.

My name is Marcus. I am currently unemployed with $0 income living in Seattle. I have exhausted my assistance available to me through Hopelink, St. Vincent DePaul, and LIHEA from Seattle City Light. My current bill is roughly $700. I have no way to pay and I have no resources available to assist me.
The government programs in Washington take too long to apply for and I will have my power shut off soon.
Please help me to find agencies in Seattle or individuals that can help me with my utility bills. I do have some interviews lined up and if they don't work out I will get a job at Starbucks to trying to pay my bills.
