Collecting unemployment in Rhode Island

Hello,
I am sleeping in my car because I lost everything after job loss and unemployment does not pay.
My car vents have started to blow cold air.
I need assistance fixing the issue.
I went onto the Rhode Island DHS website and found this information for help that is above unemployment.
Please help me because tonight I will be in my car again.
I am currently in the Greenville Library looking for employment.
On Friday, I will need my car to go into a location for an interview.
Please help me.

My Roommate & I Are Disabled And Currently Living Without Electricity. We Are Both on Unemployment in Rhode Island.
We Do Not Have A Vehicle And Could Really Use Some Food. A Friend Told Us About Your Assisting People In Need.

Hi , I Have been unemployed for the past three years, and disabled. Unable to find suitable employment in RI, unable to pay for my rent/food/energy/utilities, phone etc. How can you help me get into a program, that will allow extension on my past unemployment or any other resources at all?
