As I wrote about, I have been listening to this Top 40 song quite as it is relevant to decisions. It made me think about, and many experts and therapists say, decisions can be made (or greatly influenced by) the head, heart, gut, or a combination. How do you "generally tend" to make decisions? Also, please send any stories in about your process, results, or experiences, as would love to read them or confidentially share some if want.
