Both.
Early riser, extra hours added to my day, but tend to be more productive after sunset.

Preference - Sunrise or Sunset...earlybird or late?
There are various studies and surveys on how a disproportionate (much higher) percentage of successful people and even self made millionaires get up early in the morning...usually before sunrise and often way before the sun comes up. They do this for peace, quiet, time to think, exercise, prepare mind for day, etc.
Poll then...Enjoy the sunrise (early person) or sunset (later person)?
