Firefighter in need

Hey my name is Antwonette and I am going to be evicted in two days if I don't get help paying my rent. I lost my job and is currently seeking new employment at same time I volunteer as a firefighter. I live in Abilene Kansas Dickson County and I owe 1400 dollars and truly is seeking help. If you have any idea on who may be able to help me that would be greatly appreciated, thank you so much.

sorry, you did not say whether the house payment was for rent or a mortgage? Therefore maybe try are regular list of housing programs, which cover both.
Be sure to tell the agency about being a firefighter. As he may be given priority.

We are 4 months behind on our house payment since my husbands was sent to fight the fires in August as he is a firefighter. We can't seem to catch up since then. We owe about 2,650. I'm so worried that we will lose the only home our boys have ever had. I feel like a total failure. I hope and pray someone can help. That is all I want for Christmas.
