There are various programs for low income families to try. They may not help pay en entire utility bill debt off, but maybe a portion of it. Or they will help with those other bills you indicate, such as electricity and bills for the children. Find the primary programs for low income families.

I am strugling to pay off gas,electicity and rent,We both working me and my husband but and of the day we left with nothing.We can not even afford to dress our self not even birthday or christmas present for our two children.We can not move foward because of dept. We will appriciate thank you
