If you can post what county or part of WV, people may know of churches or nonprofits nearby that help with water and sewer bills. Different counties in West Virginia often have different resources. I hope you're able to get your water turned back on soon.

I have already tried to apply for Dollar Energy Fund, but they cannot help me currently because my water has already been shut off.
I have to pay at least $496 on my $700 WV American Water bill. I also have to pay $76 on my sewer/wastewater bill also before it can be turned back on.
I have tried to apply with dollar energy funds, but they could not help being of service already being terminated. Please, please help me with any info you may be able to provide.
Thank you in advance! Have a blessed day!
