In chronic pain and who helps people like us?

Hi my name is Jason, I live in Monroe, GA, and I am 33 years old married and have a 4 year old daughter.
For the past 4 years after coming off lots of medications to get my kidney disease under control. I now suffer from side effects which are chronic back and body pain. I have bad disc in my upper back and facet joint issues all causing me to be out of shape to be able to work.
I can't seem to qualify for me any aid or SSI yet. I have the documents and doctors who documented my issues.
I am lost at the moment and seeking help to see someone for my pain and with no health insurance or money I have no luck. I ask you to please help me and if you can point me in the right direction to get help with my chronic pain so I can return to a normal life and be a better father and husband who can get sleep and move about in life. I have ran out of options and pain clinics are far too extensive to even try using when broke.
