In Clarksville - Montgomery County and please help me

To whom it may concern,
I've been a divorced self-employed mother for a little over 3 years. It's been a very challenging experience to learn how to live again after being 100% dependent on my husband for 23 years. Despite this and living with incurable illnesses, I've been blessed and proud to manage getting on my feet strictly by myself and my Lord. However, I've fallen behind and I honestly do not know what to do or where to turn. I have no family here in Clarksville (Tennessee) other than my children and my credit was destroyed by my ex-husband’s bankruptcy and my medical expenses.
I've never done this before. I've not even asked family or friends for help at all so I apologize if I've gone into this type of detail in vain and I truly hope I've reached a relevant person!
Any advice, guidance, suggestions, resources in Montgomery County, etc. You may be able to provide will be more appreciated than you can even imagine!
