Am Navajo and need help

Hello, my name is Dorian,
I am a single 39 year old Navajo on long-term disability on a fixed low income salary.
I'm writing to you for possible flexible resource due to debt from a past surgery that is preventing me from securing a new home. I have rental arrears in addition to that debt but I am working with chief Seattle club in their rapid rehousing program and have committed to help partially of about $5k out of my $13k rental arrears. Are you able to provide some kind of partial payment? This is my main barrier to secure housing at the moment. If not please defer to any other programs or resources that may help me in this particular issue.
