Autistic senior looking for an apartment

My name is Chelsea and I am 32 years old and I am a single income household currently on section 8 housing looking for a new senior friendly apartment for my dad and me. I have a 64 year old autistic dad and I am struggling financially to pay rent, to get him food, and things he needs and running out of money. I am trying to get any help I can at this time and use all resources for me and my Autistic dad. Please let me know what my next steps are and what I need to do.

Is there someone somewhere who offers aid in searching for and acquiring an apartment? I'm an autistic senior (57) and between work and looking for a new place, I'm overwhelmed. I have a week until I'm out on the street. Why isn't there anyone out there who can advocate for me?
