Hi,
Thankl you for your service. Trinity water seems like a smaller utility provider, and as you note you are in rural Texas. We found this for some programs specific to Trinity as they are part of the rural water association in Texas. Try this for information. https://www.trwa.org/page/ta-hub
For other more general water payment help, here is a list of hardship plans, programs, and other resources. Some give priority to vets, and look here for water payment help. https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/htm ... plans.html

Seeking water bill help in Texas

I am a single father and a veteran, also disabled and live on SSI alone. Just recently was able to get my house back in livable condition after the flooding in East Texas. I cannot bring my son home to our home until I can get the water turned back on. Have a past due bill of 365 dollars and a deposit of 240 dollars. Am trying desperately to get my son and me back into the home we own. Our water company is Trinity Rural Water Supply in Trinity Tx.
Turning the water back on to our home is our primary concern , so any and all help there would be greatly appreciated. We have rebuilt the home itself as it was deemed "unlivable" by FEMA. With their help and the help of a few local organizations we were able to get the house sufficient for us to stay in but will not allow me to bring my son there until the water is turned back on. Past that, we have been getting furniture and things of that nature from garage sales and etc.
So, any help along those lines would be greatly appreciated as well. Thank you for both your time and consideration.
