Anyone help with deposit and 1st months rent in Port Orchard WA?

Hello, my name is Rita. I live in Poulsbo WA but need to move to Port Orchard WA. I was just approved for a unit through Kitsap housing Authority, for a place in Port Orchard WA. Everything is done for me to move in. I am 59 yrs old and disabled on SSI for over 25 yrs.
We'll in order for me to move in I need help with deposit and first/ last month’s rent, I have been to every resource that's available in Kitsap county from St Vincent de Paul's to HEN all of them nobody can help me I'm very concerned. I don't know why, I either have to have a mental disability or I can't have SSI or they don't have it.
The place in Port Orchard is ready for me to move in. I waited 20 yrs for this. I live in a trailer for past 6 yrs with no water or bathroom. My health is going down fast, I have communicated with the catholic churches in Port Orchard. Nobody gets back to me. I'm old, I'm a living caring person, I'm all by myself. But I can't get no help.
