I need emergency help with paying for groceries and bills. I'm a single mother of three kids right outside Lumberton. Lost my job 5 months ago. I'm stressing over getting my bills paid and feeding my kids. It’s due by 1st. I've only found one agency that could help me, and I have to come up with two thirds of my rent. How am I supposed to do that when I have no funds to do that? Please help with any information possible. Thank you.

Hi,
We have details on food pantries in both the city of Lumberton and the county. Whether they can help you in your apartment store the food, we have no idea. But try them for resources and help, and look here for places for free food in Lumberton NC.

Free food needed in Lumberton NC.

Good Morning,
I tried calling a few facilities to inquire about their food pantries and to see if there’s any place where I can find food to put in my new apartment at Cumberland Towers near Hope Mills.
I also need to inquire of any agencies that gives financial help for paying for groceries in Lumberton or my bills.
I was just recently laid off where my GM position was eliminated by hotel ownership to save more towards upcoming renovations in Lumberton. I just so happen to get approved for the apartment the week prior to getting laid off my job. I’ve been going to interviews and unemployment just kicked in but it is not enough right now to get me and my family the food we need. I do have two job options thus far that looks rather promising yet I won’t know for sure until later this week.
Please let me know if any resources you have that could help in this time of need.
