Hi Lauren
Since you need utility and mortgage help, try community action in Tarrant County. They can help people get CEAP energy help and foreclosure mediation. Look here for more on community action in Tarrant County.

Good morning.
My name is Lauren. I am a single mother of 2 children residing in Mansfield Texas (Tarrant County). I lost my job in June and cannot pay my mortgage, water and electric bill for this month. I have tried contacting several agencies to get their resources for help but haven’t had any success. I don’t want to lose our home.
If there is any assistance for bills or resources that can be provided to me and my family, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you so much in advance for your time.
Have a blessed day!

List of financial resources needed for Tarrant County

Post by Doctor »

Good morning,
My name is Peggy and I work at Acme Car Detail. I am also in the Charitable Gift Committee which offers help to the Tarrant county area and we list food programs and financial assistance programs for the county. I would like to ask if you have any information that can be emailed to me regarding donations and how we can make them and how people can find resources? I would like to share with the rest of the members as they may not have the time to research everything the website offer, though as impressed I as I am you at all you have collect in one area.
I would like to offer a short story about myself that puts so much of my heart into helping others. As a child of a single parent, that was consider legally blind and deaf, I was taught at an early age how to call for help. Now something I am glad I experience, an experience I can use while in Acme’s committee here in Fort Worth. A way to spread help as my mother, myself and I know so many others need quite often.
I’d like to thank you for your time and what you do to help low-income people get financial help. Thanks for anything you may be able to provide. Have a wonderful day.
