Is Slidell near New Orleans? We are not sure. But we have info on free Christmas toys in Orleans parish. Maybe they will help people, like your 13 year old, in nearby areas.
As far as your area of St. Tammany Parish, there are programs there too. Look here for help paying bills in Slidell Louisiana, and many some of the organizations we listed will help you at the holidays.

I am very low income too so I was just calling as soon as the last place to call to see possibly to get some help for my family. I'm not worried about me. I'm just worried about her and I don't have any type of vouchers or gift cards or anything where I can go get some things for us to make Christmas dinner together and for her to open some presents on Christmas Day either.
My daughter is not picky. She's not choosing anything she would get she would love because that's the way I raised her. The smaller things the better they are the bigger they are it won't make you any happier than a smaller gift.
Just in case if you need to know I can share with you that she is very dedicated. She is very good at doing hair in her own hair and she likes to put on your like the fake ponytails and just it makes her feel good and it makes her feel pretty because her hair is short. I always bring her to Target so I can get something for her. I usually get her a $100 gift card for beauty roll but I just don't have it this this Christmas because my light bill was almost $400 and we didn't have any food to cook for Christmas - like you know a ham and gravy and rice with people usually cook.
If someone can help me here in Slidell in that way it would be greatly appreciated but if I'm too early I totally understand. Also I have a church that did help me with my light bill so maybe I can concentrate on other things. If I had a little you know the means to do so and just get my daughter up just a few presents that I know she would love to have. Thank you so much have a good day have a blessed day.
