Yes, it can be challenging (almost impossible?) to find much less pay for an apartment as a single mother with no support from a partner. Especially when some/many like you live in a motel with your kids and need to pay for everyday bills. Hi, my name is Kendra. I'm a single mother of two boys and I'm working at Walmart part time and need an apartment. We're staying in a motel right now; I've been trying to find an apartment or some housing for me and my kids to live in other than living in a motel. I have no way to save my money because every two weeks my paycheck goes to keep a roof over mine and my kid’s head at the motel. It's costing me way too much so I can't save for other housing. I'm needing help either paying for the motel room or help find a place to live that will work with me as a single mother on the rent and deposit. I'm wanting to get out of the motel before the summer ends. If you can get back to me with any information on housing that accommodates single mothers. That is what I'm asking for. I would greatly appreciate it, thanks again.
