Trying to help my Aunt on Medicaid with home care

While it is state specific, there is a Medicaid program called PACE which helps pay for home care. In general it is for seniors, which would qualify your Aunt. As PACE/Medicaid would rather pay for home care vs. more costly nursing homes, and it also is great for a senior to live in their own place. I have 3 small children and my aunt who’s disable and we need home care for her. We had our sitter for them quit the same day I had to go to the ER for treatment due to having a UTI that was really bad an dehydration and they basically left when I got home and never called back or came back over.
I still have my job But I'm not able to go to work due to my aunt’s health conditions and that she's not able to be left alone or watch my children like she used to. I need help with finding a home care sitter for all of them that Medicaid could pay for. Or I need a program could pay for along with our bills
My son has mental problems which I'm trying to get assistance for too as he spends a lot of time with my Aunt, and we need Medicaid home care for both. Please I'm begging you to help us if I get help and have a sitter I can depend on at least for my aunt until my kids get out of school. Then I can return to work. Please help me and my family thank you.
