Good day, my name is Jessica. I'm seeking Rent assistance after being served with an eviction due to job loss from my sickle cell anemia diagnosis. I was SERVED with an eviction which I have a Counter Claim. I think the landlord is evicting me due to my diagnosis, and I am suing them due to failure to make repairs and forced to live in uninhabitable apartment with unsafe conditions. I was denied unemployment and haven't received disability payments from my sickle cell anemia filing. I live in Fulton County Atlanta GA30315. Thank you Jessica.
