My car engine exploded

My name is Amy and I currently have a 2006 Toyota Avalon with a bad engine. The check engine light is on and I’m unable to get it registered. I need help with getting it fixed before the car engine dies or explodes. I'm diabetes and have health problems. I live with my care giver and we are unable to get it fixed and get tags. I really would like to know if there is any help out there for helping me get it fixed and getting it register and tags. I've been paying for the insurance but I'm unable to drive due to the check engine light. I have many health problems and I have known way to get to and from my appointments .

If your engine exploded, it is not worth fixing. Car engines are super costly and if your car is old, it is wasted money. But try a charity for support. Look here foe a free car.

I got copies of all SS cards and DL and earnings from SS disability turned in to Longview Christen Ministries.
I haven't heard back.
Now I don't have a car to get to Dr. appointments as the engine on my old car exploded.
My mom died September 9 and I need to set appointments up for Type II Diabetes foot problems as well as Colonoscopy.
I really need help I just don't know where to start.

Good afternoon,
My vehicle was overheating the past 9 months and I took it to the mechanic
3 weeks ago to see if it could be fixed, hoses were changed, new timing belt/ etc.
Then a week later it was getting worse and my car engine exploded.
I was trying my hardest to get to
work with the temperature gauge peaked at red so would pull off and put
coolant and water, I’ d pass time Here and there but then back at the road. I
didn’t have the money to get it looked at properly of course hindsight is
20/20.
I started driving temp gauge peaked and I prayed just a few blocks until
I get it home then I heard a large explosion and coolant sprayed my Window
as well was the entire engine.
I let it sit for hours and it wouldn’t turn
over. The gentleman who’s house I parked in front of said I could keep it
there as long as I wanted. I made plans to get it this weekend but found
out it was towed. My hearts sank. The tow is just over $600, if there is
anything you can do I will get as much as I can. Any help would be greatly
appreciated for my car after the engine exploded. I’m in fear of losing the best job I’ve ever had. Thank your
