Diagnosed with tongue cancer

I am a recently was diagnosed with stage 4 tongue cancer.
 I was wondering if there is a place that will help me get my vehicle running so i can get to a clinic and pay my medical bills. I need help where I can get to my chemotherapy and radiation treatments for the tongue cancer.
I live in Johnson City, Tennessee.
