Truck payment due

My name is Crystal Spurgeon and I'm on disability and I have 4 children with 2 of them being disabled. I need help with paying my truck payment loan.
I was given 3 weeks to move due to the co-owner renting out the home to his daughter. as I can't work as my truck is past due.
I didn't know that at the end of the year I would have to pay back what they didn't bill me in budget billing. I don't get help with foodstamps we live off of my husband's income as tow truck driver and disability I can't afford. Please I'm really need help we didn't even have Christmas due to having to move. If anything is needed to get the help with truck I will send it to you. I included a screenshot of the bill and my ID.

Hi, I and my son live in Everett WA. I currently get SNAP benefits. I am trying to find some numbers that could assist me in paying my truck payment. I am also trying to see if there is a way that the state can help with moving cost or rental, down payment on an apartment. I am moving to eastern Washington with my son due to high paying rent in Seattle.
I have not applied for section 8 or low income housing due to no availability and not taking applications. Any information you could help me with would be most appreciated.
