Dear Sir or Madame,
I work at Legacy Community Development Corp, and I am trying to locate mortgage resources for low income families in the Orange, Jefferson and Hardin counties. Many are desperate and need help within a day or two by the time they see us. So, that I will be able to direct our clients to the correct area to get immediate assistance with the mortgage. Can you please provide me with a list of resources ASAP. Thank you very much in advance.

Re: Need help ASAP for low income family mortgages
For utility aid, try LIHEAP. For mortgage, try a modification. There are some online survey and get paid sites that you can make a couple hundred or more dollars per month. They do work and can give you a little cash. Contact a local charity.

Need help ASAP for low income family mortgages
My home is in foreclosure. I have no money for the basic necessities. I lost my job as an admin 8 months ago; my 401K savings lasted a total of 3 months; I've been unable to find a job. I'm 5 months behind on the mortgage. Gas was turned off for non payment. Power will be turned off in 3 days for non payment. Water and sanitation will be next to be discontinued. I'm trying to keep my faith but it gets harder and harder each day. I have no family to help me and my "friends" no longer visit. I need some help. I'm open to suggestions, job offers, anything.
