My family and I are going through some things and couldn't keep up with the matching payment plan for UI. Was on the winter protection thing. It ends in May. My bill as of right now is around 1200. I've heard if I call in may I can do payment arrangements. Is it true they will need a third? I'll have around 400-500, do you think they will accept it?
