New Jersey Utility Bill Help

I am a single mother who has just got out of prison which I'm trying to better myself and do everything right. I have rented my own place and have 2 kids. They are 9 & 4 year old. I have turned on my light but am having trouble getting 200.00 for gas utility deposit which they want someone to come inspect. NJ’s gas wants to charge 500.00 deposit before they come inspect.... please help me. God bless you and thank each and every one of you.

I need help paying my utility bill. I have applied for the USF and LIHEAP and waiting for a response. I currently live in New Jersey. If there is another other program that may be assistance to me please inform me. My apartment is heated with gas which has made my bill very expensive.

This program funds a plan in which people will be required to at most only more than six percent of their income to their energy bills
