Hi all in this topic.
We don't normally recommend a loan for paying rent, unless you have a guaranteed way to pay it off quickly, before the interest accrues. But if so, then try this for a loan that can pay rent, as there are several options that do exist.

I have contacted all of the programs & wasn’t able to get any assistance. My 73 year old mother & twin 5 year old niece & nephew lives with me. I’m very terrified that we may be evicted 12/21/2024 and will pay back any loan you give.
I was recently in a car accident & had to pay for vehicle repairs, I wasn’t able to work while my vehicle was being repaired & save back the money I used causing me to be late this month with the rent! I work every day & just need to get back on my feet. I will pay back every cent, please help me & my family! We only have each other & no one to turn to!

I was employed for 27 years at the same place making a nice wage almost $700 a week. Unfortunately the place downsized and is going to sell so I lost my job in May and now I need short term help on my rent and a loan would work. I was unemployed for five months trying to make ends meet and $336 a week. I am now employed making 1050 an hour working 40 hours a week and still falling behind on my rent every week. I am not looking for long-term help I am looking for some help, even a loan, just to get caught up, so I can pay my monthly bills do not be paying bills that were due months ago. At first, I thought a pay day loan at work, so I’ve done that twice but only made it worse.
I just need some short term help with my rent to get me back on my feet. Even if it’s a loan that I must pay back that I can just pay back in smaller amounts over a period. My rent was due on the 1st - it was last week’s paycheck and this week coming up paycheck I’m not going have enough.  I live in Ottawa Lake Michigan. I would appreciate any information that you can offer me.
Thank you

Loans are never recommended. Only as a very, very last resort. Instead try the various rent assistance programs from charities, the government and others. All of them may be able to help instead of a lender. Find rent assistance.

I'm in risk of becoming homeless. I am renting a room but the person I'm renting from is being evicted. I have nowhere to go and am inquiring as to a loan. I have a job but I get paid minimum wage and a few hours a day, I recently started working. I get paid today but that won't be enough for a whole rent or deposit into a new place. I have my 7 month daughter and my boyfriend as well the reason he can't find a job is because we moved up here from sunny side about 1 month ago and his tried and tried but there seems to be no jobs available. My last day to be where I am is today other than that I will be out in the street. I hope you can help with an affordable loan, because no one else seems to. Thank you!

I would like to apply for a rent loan that I can pay back in 4 months. I feel I am being taken advantage of by my "slumlord". I am on disability and this property management company is well known in my area a very unprofessional company. I am looking for a loan of 575.00. I will be able to pay this back as fast as possible. Hopefully within 4 months or less.
I hope to hear from you soon,

We owe 2 months of rent. We were owing 3 and we were able to pay one month last week. But we need some funds or a loan to get caught up. We are a family of 4 with a monthly income of $1600.00 a month. We are having a hard time. The owner of the house told us that if we don’t come up with the money today she was going to give us a 3 day notice.

I am in need because I recently was let go from my job of 3 years. I was able to pay $600 with what I had saved but still short $300. I tried to get loans here and there, was unable to be approved.
I'm so worried as the owner gave me a pay rent or quit. I don't want to be homeless. I have 4 children and that terrifies me just to think we won't have our home. Please help, I'm a single mother just trying to keep family from homelessness. Thank you & god bless.

I lost my job 2 months ago, and just found another one. I start to work February 31. However I am now 2 months behind in my rent and I have already went to eviction court on January 7. I have 10 days after for padlock, which is January 17. Been everywhere to seek help, even tried to get a loan, was refused.
I am desperate and I can supply supporting documents and phone numbers to support my situation. Been in my apartment for 5 years. I have no money to move or no where to go. Waiting to find truck to move. Please help or lead in that direction. Can you issue me a loan?

I am looking for a small loan for rental for first month and rental deposit. I want to repay the loan. I am a good employee and will be relocating once my husband and step children move down over the summer. We both are currently renting and our finances are very tight at the moment paying for two households, rents, utilities, etc. I will have to break lease at my townhouse and have already spoken with them about the situation. Townhouse not large enough for all of us to live in legally. I am looking for assistance in first months rent/deposit for a house for all of us to fit in. And I want to pay it back monthly. Can you help? Thank you.

I am a college student at IPFW in Fort Wayne Indiana. I am working to become a nurse. I was raised by a single mother, and lived paycheck to paycheck. My mother does not have the type of money to help me in this situation. I live on campus to be closer to school. I got a notice that I have a rent payment of over $2000 due in 10 days or else I am getting evicted. I cannot get a private student loan due to my family’s credit history. Any help would be great to keep me in school to become a nurse. Thank you.

I was on Public Assistance then found a job but PA left a balance and I couldn't seem to catch up. My income is less than $22,000 a year and rent is $1237 per month. I go to court 4/23/13 and I don't have $4850.00, therefore, I will be evicted. I am so afraid of being "Homeless". I just need a loan of $10,000 to pay rent arrears, pay IRS, and other outstanding debt to get back on my feet. I am seeking either another job that will sustain me and my son until he finishes college. I would pay it back @$500.00 a month, it will take a while. However I am seeking employment with a higher salary. I am so desperate and terrified of "Homelessness". There is so much to say about whom I am and my character. I'm a hard working woman that hit hard times. Since I was laid off 2008 after 12 years with a company. The layoffs continue three more times. It's been incredibly overwhelming. I have not been able to get back on my feet. PLEASE HELP PLEASE HELP PLEASE HELP!!!!! I'M A GOOD PERSON. Court appointment April 23,@ 9:30am. PLEASE SAVE FAMILY AND ME. Not asking for A HAND OUT BUT A LOAN.

The fact is more places do have limited funding, and with the weak, but improving economy, the demand for help is still great. So it is not easy to get help or rent assistance. Did you look into legal aid to contest the firing? Income qualified people can get free legal advice. Find more information on that and many other services, with links to legal aid, here at Arizona assistance programs. More local resources are linked from bottom of page.

Here in Arizona it's very hard to get any help and tried several times with different services that have busy or no answer lines. People are rude here to the one's who need help the most. Try a salary advance loan from a credit union. The interest rate can only be 10-15%, so much better than a payday loan. Credit unions offer these short term loans now.
