I am currently in the process of being evicted. If someone can call me to see what assistance I can receive. I'm a single mother of three children I just need help with my current back rent of $3300. Needing help with rent. We are behind on rent and need to pay it up by the end of the month or get out and we are having trouble finding a new place and even having trying to come up with the rest of rent. If you have a formal eviction notice from the court, then some agencies may be able to help. They usually want to see that original letter, and require proof of income, residency, and your financial status. While it may be too late, there are some non-profits and charities to try. Not only may those offer advice for the court notice, but they can direct you to financial aid for the paying the rent to stop the eviction and offer other support. Behind on rent and close to eviction. A year ago I lost my job. For two months found no work. October 2014 I was hired as waitress and still there. I am seriously under employed. June 2015 could not pay rent, then I fell behind. Now July and I can’t pay this either, and I just received a letter from the court.

I need help from the Eviction Prevention Program (EPP)? How do I get assistance from it? This is needed as soon as possible, just yesterday I received an eviction letter if the past due is not paid. This point I don't have the entire amount to pay it off; I've offered to make arrangements and the manager has yet to ever get back to me, so the most I have done was make monthly payments currently with extra as much as possible to put on to the back to cut it down some.
Right now I am going to be depending on Unemployment while looking for more work because I recently lost my job after the client I worked for as a PCA had passed away. Also I am taken care of my mother who is mentally and physically sick, she is working on her disability case and it is not until next month. Is there something anyone can do to help me and my mother for assistance with some kind of assistance so we are not living on the street?
We will be able to be on time with the current monthly fee, it's the back rent we are having trouble with. My mom is a diabetic to the point where she needs insulin she has a medical protection on the electric ordered by the doctor, I am stressed out and worried I don't know what to do at this point. I had my rent prepaid from my school loans and I am currently waiting on my disability, but I have run out of money and need emergency help in keeping from getting evicted. I live in Sandusky, Michigan. I live in an apartment under subsidized housing. I'm currently facing an eviction. I've been summoned for the court. Sometimes free legal aid is available for dealing with evictions, and they may even represent some people in court. However, if your income is less than $188 per month, then you really don't have very many long term options. You will need to find some type of new home, or even shelter, to live in while you increase your income. We have been struggling financially and are falling further behind. My husband secured a job and his first check is not merely enough to cover our rent. He won't get paid in time for us to meet our rental agreement so the office said they will issue us a 3 day pay or quit. I'm not familiar with eviction processes and nor do we want to get evicted. I am a 30 year old veteran of the United States Marine Corps, I have a wife and no children. I would like to receive more information on my options to receive help with my rent payments. My family and I got immediate eviction due to my uncle, and my finance family are not willing to take myself, dog, 4 year old daughter and my fiancé. We survive every month threw his SSI and we have about 188 in food stamps that doesn't even get us threw the month.
I had recently graduated from college to become a medical assistant but fail to obtain a job due to the fact I'm constantly taking car of my daughter and my ill fiancé, well now we have a court appearance for the eviction on October 16 2014 and no place too go.

Hello, I live in Loris, SC. I am in need of assistance with rent charges this month. Recently me and my mother have taken in a homeless family who were in a domestic violence situation out of Raleigh, NC and were helping them get on their feet through a joint financial effort of both families. Unfortunately at the beginning of this month while trying to secure a portion of their belongings from Rockingham, NC they were robbed at gunpoint by unknown assailants which severely impacted their ability to meet their obligations.

While it is understandable that we live in an uncertain world and that every individual may not desire the betterment of their neighbor we are left potentially facing eviction. The real tragedy in this is that there are five small children and an elderly senior citizen with a pacemaker. Two of the small children are sick. We need assistance for this month due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances so we are not evicted. I am facing eviction. I have to go to court this week. I was completely stressed out over my finances and ended up having a nervous breakdown which left me where I could not work for a whole week. I was unable to pay my rent of 425. In April or May they excepted my rent but June I wasn't able to pay. I was served an eviction today. I need help so I can keep my place. I have some money to pay them but I am sure they want all owed plus June also that is 1200. I don't have. I have 500 to spare to go toward my rent, but they already have me down for eviction.
