Texas free medical care options needed

My name is Shawna, I'm married with two teenagers bd live in Texas. The past few years have been hard after I broke my C4 in a car accident and with inflation rampant due to Republicans it's been even harder. My power is about to be shut off on the 23rd or 24th of June as all my money goes towards medical costs and insurance once Republicans rolled back subsidies for insurance. But my husband doesn't get paid until the 30th and with that check we have to pay our rent and buy groceries for our family. I can't have my medical needs not addressed or insurance ended.

Hi, my brother was recently diagnosed with eye cancer. The tumor left him blind in one eye and extremely sensitive to light. He has been unable to work and has no insurance. Everything has been coming out of pocket, and he is running out of savings and can no longer afford his medical care. He could use any kind of assistance available with either medical bills or other bills or both. He lives in Texas. If you could please send me any information you may have that could help.
