I, Loretta, am sending this email to my dad (Junior). He has been trying to reach someone at the local office in Sumter, SC to ask for an appointment to see if he could get some assistance with paying his electric bill. He has received help in the past and also need to use a pantry here. Please give him a call. He has a doctor’s appointment at 10 am tomorrow. Otherwise, he is usually at home during the day.
