Miami is expensive place to live so you're definitely not the only one having a hard time keeping up. This site has a nice list of food pantries at https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/htm ... tries.html as it lists food banks, pantries, and other places that may have fresh food or even a meal.
Also try Feeding South Florida (954-518-1818 and use their locator service at https://feedingsouthflorida.org/) as they have mobile food distributions and partner pantries across Miami-Dade County, and some locations have fresh fruit, vegetables, dairy, and other healthier food. Since you said you're looking for better work too, stop by your local CareerSource South Florida center or call them at 305-594-7615 or see their site at https://careersourcesouthflorida.com/). They often have online resources too and see if they know of employers hiring full-time or training programs that pay while you learn.

Hi,
Yes, that is a lot of need. There are food banks and meal sites all over Miami - dozens. None you can walk too? Kibble food is a little harder to get, but try this for those Miami food distribution centers.

1) I haven't eaten in a week so need food and a meal
2) I need money to pay motel I've been staying in Miami
3) I truly hate to say this since it may sound rude. However, I do not want to come across rude so here goes. Not one of the listing from the salvation army to individual churches offer the services or food listed on your website. In other words, they are just numbers to call so they can say sorry we can't help you. It's like a sick joke.
4) I have pets that need kibble
5) I need a home or apartment.
6) My attorney won my case in court, evil landlord stealing etc. However, I had to leave despite winning.
7) I am disabled. There wasn't enough money in one disability check to pay movers, storage, cab, bus, food and motel room.
8) I have no transportation and no food banks here within walking distance.
