Have high credit card bills and need consolidation

Hello,
I moved to North Carolina in December and have since applied for 50+ jobs and landed zero. My credit cards are maxed out and over due. I am a faith based single mother and would love to work with a church but I've never been in this position before so I don't know where to go. I've been attempting to navigate your site but haven't found any actual answers on addressing my credit card bills and getting a better rate. I want to pay them but can't right now and just need time until I get a job. I am located in Pitt County. I would appreciate answers, numbers, contacts, etc on consolidating it or getting help.
