Have National Grid bills due and need help

Hello ~, I am in Essex County NY and am queasy as I write. I've had HEAP and E-HEAP for years but did not get E-HEAP this past winter and am not sure why. I also do not understand National Grid's telling me I did not pay all my bills. I simply do not miss payments on anything, I pay my nine credit cards in full and have for decades, my FICO is 827.
I cannot explain why I was not on autopsy with N.G., either, I never would have taken myself off.
The most disturbing and recent event is that I found out towards the end of August from a source unrelated to the county HEAP office that there were three grants available that ended August 31. THE ESSEX COUNTY HEAP OFFICE NEVER NOTIFIED ME, and I lost around $1200 towards my now $7000+ bill.
I submitted the application but did not get any grant. That office will not give me their email address and Elizabethtown are a long distance call for me, I do not have a cell phone, and had long distance taken off my landline years ago.
My income is SS $553/month and as I go on to ninety, am completely alone, have major housing problems, and am afraid.
The other problem is they say I am not eligible for Clean and Tune. I have no auxiliary heat, my chimney needs to be lined up and pointed up, they say an all-electric house is not allowed to receive that service.
I desperately need insulation; I was approved a few years ago by NYSERDA/Empower New York for up to $4500 include a water heater WHICH I'VE BEEN WITHOUT GOING ON 4 YEARS. It is misery. I do not want anyone telling me to go to a senior home, either.
I am extremely depressed and am told I'm on suicide watch. This was transmitted to the town supervisor who is one of the last people I’d want to have know. I don't want to call 911, I just want the agencies who are supposed to help me, TO DO THAT.

We desperately need help paying my rent and National Grid. I lost my section 8 due to being incarcerated and my ex-husband breaking into my apartment and living in it while section 8 was paying for it without reporting that I was incarcerated which I thought they already know. I am looking for any help.
There's also a $4000 National Grid bill that was ran up in my name while I was incarcerated. I just really need help.

Will National Grid enter into a payment plan for you? Even if you make a good faith payment. Ask them. Maybe that will give you enough flexibility to get the power turned on. Here are other assistance programs from National Grid for New York based households.

I am moving into a home in Indian Lake, NY. The rent will be $600 per month. I owe National Grid $374.00 and they will not transfer my electric until it is paid. I have MS. I get a Social Security Check on the 3rd of every month in the amount of 918.00. I am seeking assistance to pay National Grid so I am able to move into my new home.
