Roseville CA rent assistance needed

Hello, I am contacting you to get information about how I can get some rental assistance to pay for the apartment I am trying to move my children and I into; that's located in Roseville, CA. I am Not on Section 8 or any county or state Benefits accept Medi-Cal. I have been approved for a 2bd x 2bath apartment to house myself and my 2 children, but I do not have the money for the first couple months of rent or required renter’s insurance etc. needed to move in this month.
