Struggling in Hanford CA and where to get help

Hello, my name is Sarah, and I am desperately hoping that you might be able to offer some assistance as it is an emergency situation and we need help. I live in Hanford California, and I am 36 years old.
I am disabled and chronically ill with severe chronic pain also major depression, severe anxiety, and PTSD. I live with another woman who is my significant other who also takes care of me and our small puppy who I plan to have registered as my emotional support animal. As of January this year we found ourselves unexpecting needing a new place to live. With my health concerns and chronic pain, I cannot make it out on the street. We were offered the option of renting an RV/trailer out on a property that this man also claimed to own and were told that everything worked and that we would have access to water and power. We were lied to. He charged me $350 per month for this and as we had no other options we agreed. Nothing worked, the trailer was filthy and covered in rat feces and there was absolutely no access whatsoever to water or power. There is also nothing nearby where this property is located. The man who owned the trailer however as I later found out did not own the property. He used the property to dump on and cut up cars.
After making advances at me and attempting to tell us what company we could or could not have come by and bullying us and still not getting what he wanted either way we were told after taking my money that he wanted us out that day. We had not been able to find anything else yet that we could afford because at this time it’s been just my income supporting us and I am only on SSI Disability. I told him that he would have to at the very least give us written notice. The next morning, we had just woken up, and he was attempting to move the trailer without warning us in it. He only stopped because I told him that I would call the sheriff. Which I did and made a report. Twice I had to call and make a report because of his behavior.
Not long after he set a fire extremely near our trailer that he allowed us to get out of control and took off. Three fire engines had to come out because of that fire. Luckily, we and our trailer were unharmed. After that we stopped communicating with this man and were told by the police that it would be best for us to move. We still hadn’t found anything however but were frantically looking for anything available.
As of about five days ago our situation however got even worse...some people came to our trailer that had been hired to get us out by the man that I have been renting from. I do not know who they were, but we were given about 20 minutes to grab a few things and leave. After that, the man that I was renting from moved the trailer and took it and everything we owned. I have not been able to call the police and we have been intimidated and afraid after everything this man has done to us so we're afraid to call and now that it's been days I'm afraid that they won't take me seriously but I would like to press charges and get a restraining order. But after attempting to move the trailer with us in it, setting a fire close to our trailer and allowing it to get out of control to the point to where three fire engines had to come out to the property and then hiring people to force us to leave I’m sure you can understand why we would be afraid.
We have nothing left and we have been on the streets unable to even charge anything or change our clothes or shower. I have a problem regarding my SSI because I also need help with being that everything is closed. I needed to get a new payee but couldn’t before everything was closed down so I have not received any money either. Since my benefits were supposed to have been suspended, I will only receive part of my check and I was only able to speak to them today to give them an address that they could send it to. I have someone that I trust willing to be my payee but with everything closed due to this virus going around I do not know when I will receive my benefits again.
We do not know what to do. We have no money, no place we can go, no clothes, no food... nothing. It’s been cold and I have been in even more pain and feeling sicker than usual due to the circumstances and conditions we have lived in the past few days and do not know what to do. No one that we know either can or will help us and without any money I cannot get us someplace safe. We desperately need help and we have been suffering greatly and starving. Again, its myself, another woman who is my significant other who also takes care of me and our small puppy.
Please if there is anything at all that you can do. Any resources at all. Anything you can possibly do to help us please contact me as soon as possible as we are in dire need. I greatly fear for my health as well as our safety and my condition and panic attacks have worsened. I don't believe that I can survive being on the streets but the woman I mentioned and our puppy who I want to have registered as my emotional support animal are my family and all that I have in this world and absolutely cannot live without them. Please if there is anything at all that you could possibly do please help us. We are starving, exhausted, cold, afraid with nowhere to go tonight.
For a few days we have been staying in an unsafe, filthy, abandoned place in a bad part of town. I have been feeling so sick and in so much pain that I have not left that place until today when I forced myself to so that I could charge my phone someplace and see about my check and see if I could possibly find us any help. I am begging you for help please because I do not know what else to do at this point. We have both done all that we can so far and so far gotten nowhere. Please contact me as soon as humanly possible. I do not have a regular phone but with a Wi-Fi signal I can email and use text now.
