I work full time now but am behind and I really need help paying my light bill. Please email me more information on this program as well as how I can make more money, even when working full time. I'm the only one working, my husband is disabled but maybe he can earn a buck somehow too as he does have hobbies. He applied for disability but that takes a long time to kick in.
