Paraplegic housing

Hi, I am paraplegic, and I also am a solo dad of 2 kids with zero help. I am entirely alone here. I live in a bad part of the city, and I have money to move to safe housing, but I need any help I can get with deposits. I have a housing voucher that pays most of my rent, but the deposit is what's difficult to pay. This neighborhood I live in is not good for my kids and me. And I just need help with one deposit. Security deposit for a house.
Just to add, I do work part time as a Mod for Facebook. I can sign papers on a loan and pays you guys back. I really need help out here. I am stuck and alone.

I am paraplegic, I'm paralyzed from the chest down and half My arms. Our home/ trailer got destroyed along with everything that We own. Who am looking for rental assistance just a onetime deal to try and get another place to live.
We have been staying in My handicap Van for over a month and I have pressure sores that are getting pretty bad and a ugly. I'm not asking for anything but help just one time to pay rent for a safe place after that I can pay a month to month rent. I would be grateful for any help. Thank You!
