Re: Utilities are tough to pay in New Hampshire

Good Morning
My name is Natasha and I live in Hampstead NH
I am currently residing in a modular home with my 2 children. I am a single mother and do my best to provide for my family.
I am currently without propane and heat for 6days now due to my water heater being "Red Tagged" by palmers’ gas they state it is unsafe because of ventilation.
They refuse to supply propane till water tank is replaced. I am using space heater to keep at least the chill out of the house and bundling my children and self-up to keep warm.
I do work but my pay is very limited. I have explored options that I cannot afford because of little resources.
I came across this website while praying I could find a solution for my family’s wellbeing.
I am enrolled with the community action program in my area for utility propane help and was told no program they have will help not even the weatherization program I have spoken to them, and they stated the same. I kind of see this as my last chance.
If you need any further information needed please call and my email is attached.
Hope you can help us.

Hi I lost my job due to health issues. I been trying to get by on SSI and SSDI only. But was denied I am behind in utility bill (electric and water). My family has helped me but is unable to help me as of right now. I just got a 3 day cut off notice in the amount of 2200. Is there any charities in New Hampshire that can help me? I would be greatly appreciated

I live in Litchfield NH. I have been out of work since August 19 2014 with a non work related neck injury that is going to require surgery. I am receiving short term disability and my husband is working part time but suffers from rheumatoid arthritis. My electric bill is $1700 due to being behind and in have a shut off notice for April 30 the. We have a child in the house and the electric runs our cooking and our well.
I only get $250 a week to pay bills and put food on the table he only brings home about $100 a week which goes to gas and heat/ hot water. I don't know where to turn the town won't help because we are behind on our taxes too.
