Need rent payment help in Akron, OH

I just don't get it why do the charity listings say they will help with everything listed below in the description and then when you call them they are like No we don't do that. YOU should take them off or list.
However, even 211 referral services for Akron states salvation army helps with rent, motel stay, deposit. He was like no, and told me to go to the haven of rest. How cold hearted can people be to say such things especially when you tell them you don't want to become homeless and you have pets. I can't express to you the horrible feelings I now have after calling various charities you list for help only to be told by them to "go be homeless we can't help you"

My name is Robin. I live in Akron, Ohio and I am facing an eviction for non payment of rent. The pandemic has really affected my income. I have been working full time at a hospital in the front lines of the pandemic. I am a good citizen and I work very hard.
