Bellevue rent payment help needed and where to go?

I am needing assistance with bills/paying rent. I owe $475.00 monthly, I have Section 8 for 10 years. My information is I live in Bellevue.
Currently have Section 8-I've had Section 8 for over 10 years. Currently, I'm one month behind on rent and this was due to medical/dental expenses this year! I'm hoping you may have a great program that I could get my appropriate information provided. Thank you.
