Colostomy bag preventing me from getting a job

I was shot and had to have surgery. When I had the surgery they had to put a colostomy bag on me and said I could have it reversed but I am have been denied due to the fact that I don't have the money to do it. No one is willing to hire me due to the fact that I still have a bullet by my spine and a bullet in my head. And due the fact I have this bag. Is there anything you can help me with or tell me where I can find the help to get the bag removed so I can work?
