Hi,
Yes, we have many rent assistance programs (not just St. Vincent) listed for Sarasota. Look here for places that help pay rent in Sarasota.
You probably need to call around to different application sites.

Rent help, just once, needed in Sarasota FL
Hello-I was wondering if you could provide me with any organizations that offer one time (any) rental assistance in Sarasota County, Florida?
I’ve received help from St Vincent De Paul, but they can not help again. I understand it’s one time help, but I’m unable to work right now due to current medical issues (I’m 66 years old & collecting SSDI of $1286/month), & my son (44 yrs old) who lives in the same apartment, has medical issues that prevent him from doing the work he’s always done. He’s applied but waiting to hear from SSI, which will help somewhat until he finds steady employment. He’s been applying for jobs he could possibly do, but hasn’t been able to secure anything yet.
We both started driving for DoorDash in late January, but it’s not enough to pay the rent here ($2000+) & we can’t afford to move out yet, as well as gas & wear & tear on our vehicles. Also, anyplace that helps with gas cards/vouchers for driving would help immensely.
I’ve been paying everything else that I can from my SSDI check, but can’t afford the rent.
I appreciate any help that you can provide-thank you greatly.
