Losing heat and power in Maine

My name is Julie. I live in Portland Maine. I am in desperate need of help with my utilities. I moved to SC last august to take care of my mother. I have recently moved back and have found out that all of my bills that were in my name like the power, water and the internet were not being paid by my daughter. I have gotten a cut off notice for the power bill for next Wednesday. Besides myself in the home my daughter and granddaughters live there ranging in the ages of 20, 6, 5 , and 18 months. Anything would be a blessing.
