Need emergency rent payment help in Chester County PA

HI!
I am in Chester County, PA in Phoenixville and am in need of help paying rent for this month please.
I have contacted The Salvation Army and Church of the Good Samaritan. They can give small amounts each. I also contacted Friends Association, but they do not help with rental assistance.
I also contacted Orion previously, but know they coordinate with other entities and it can take 2 months if approved.
Also, Home of the Sparrow which is similar to Orion as far as coordination of benefit as their funds are very limited also and it takes more time than I have.
Any help you can suggest would be greatly appreciated. I am severely underemployed after caring for an elderly family member for a number of years.
