North Carolina Help With Utility Bill

My utility bill is due in three days or it will be turned off. In NC right now, it is about 30 degrees a day and we have no other way to warm up. I have a little cousin, two dogs, three cats, my aunt, and myself to look out for. I am 19 and I have just quit my job, thinking that I was going to be going into another position with higher pay, but that did not work out at all. I am desperate for help. The bill is $223 and I have no way to get that money in 3 days.

I live in Greensboro NC. I am having a hard time right now. I am employed and I fell behind in my utility bill because my heating unit went out in my house. My utility bill is $575.99 and will be disconnected on August 17, 2017. I have no way of paying the bill. I went to Salvation Army and they denied me. I have 2 boys. Can you please help me and tell me what it is that I can do.
