Need Drivers License reinstated in Texas

Hi,
I’m looking to see if you can give me some info on where I can get some financial assistance with paying fines on my drivers license so I can get it back. I’m currently unemployed due to my chronic illness and I have 2 children ages 14 and 12. My fines to reinstate my license is currently 1200. and it’s very difficult to keep up with my bills. I live in Houston.

The state agency offers no forgiveness or assistance with a License reinstatement, much less to past felons. Any assistance you can provide me with concerning financial assistance for ex-felons from government agencies for this purpose will be of help.
