Hi,
So it sounds like you have worked with multiple charities / non-profits in the past to help kids? Every try a community action agency, as Boston has one too. Look here for Action for Boston Community Development programs in Boston, as most years they give out toys, meals, etc. at Christmas. Not sure if they can cover 38 or not, but hopefully they help.
And of course there is also the list of Boston MA Christmas assistance programs.

I manage a tax credit property for low-income families in Boston. I have 38 families with children under 18. I try each year to make sure that each child gets at least one gift. I was able to make that happen last year. I have worked with Salvation Army in the past in other locations. DFW, Texarkana, and Lewisville. This is my 2nd year here in Boston. I plan on being here for the next 20 plus years. In the past you have helped me with toys for children. The families that are struggling the most you have helped me provide them with food to make a nice Christmas dinner. You have also helped me help the elderly that I have that struggle. This year I have 3 families that are struggling, 2 elderly ladies, and in total 78 children. I was wondering if there was any way you could help me help some of these people. I understand that you get many requests. I would never want to take from others in need as well. The 3 families and the 2 elderly that I have never asked anyone for anything. They do not sign up for help etc. Is there any way that you could help me help them? In the past when I had something like this, we got stuff together for them and then just took it to them. We told them that someone was thinking of them and knew their struggle and just wanted to help. That they are loved and when they can pay it forward is all that we ask. Is there any way you can help me?

Hi Jeanna
There are multiple Christmas programs in Dorchester MA, Boston and nearby Middlesex County too. As well as all those towns and villages in that part of the country. If you have a 4 and a 3 year old, the ages will definitely qualify them. But find the Boston area free Christmas gift programs here. https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/htm ... nty_h.html
I am located in Boston Massachusetts.
Hello my name is Jeanna and I have my daughter who is 4 years old and my son who is 3 years old and I am reaching out to you because I am very desperate for some help with Christmas. Please I'm begging you as of right now.
I have yet to be able to get my kids anything at all for them for Christmas and I wasn’t even able to get my son anything for his 3rd birthday that just passed on 8/31. I've recently had three deaths within the past three months and I'm just in such a dark cloud and so desperate for some help for Christmas as I shop now.
I could provide proof of my 12 year old who lives with my sister daughters father passed away September 13 then her grandfather passed on September 23rd of last year than last Thursday my sister suddenly died while behind the wheel of a heart attack. If you could please help my kids this Christmas and I it will somewhat help me out of my dark cloud with all this going on.
I've also fallen way behind on Bill's and please I could use some assistance. I do not collect food stamps, WIC or anything.
I do work a full time job in Boston and try to provide for my family but I just don't make enough money weekly to get ahead. But in the system they claim I make too much for assistance for my bills but maybe I can get toys for Christmas? I know you hear this often but I am really setting my pride to the side and asking for help for once. Also please say a prayer for my cousin she is 50 years old and was diagnosed with stage 4 blood cancer.
I thank you so much for your time. If you could please take a few minutes to look at my email and you can reach me via email or by phone and my address is Dorchester MA 02121.
Thank you so much for your services,
Jeanna
