Need rent or deposit help in Middletown OH

URGENT HELP!!!
I was working on a job and got injury by an employee with him twisting my leg and he dislocated my knee and now I'm out of work. I'm now going back and forth to therapy and my doctor’s office, I’m in need of rental assistance I'm being evicted out of my apartment and needing assistance with electricity and rent.
I live in Middletown, Ohio 45044 in Butler County
I have no phone, but you can contact me through an email where I can go to a neighbor’s house to check my email.

Hi my name is Jessica and I am looking for assistance to help us move out of my grandparent’s unsafe house.
