Power to be shut off while husband is in rehab

My roommate has been moved to a Rehabilitation Center due to extensive medical issues. I need help paying July's power bill of $1099.
We both live on Disability income in addition to power, rent and other bills are included. The lease agreement is in both of our names and I can't get access to her checking account to pay her half of the bills, but utilities is due first. My income alone won't cover everything for rent and other expenses including power and groceries too! I would like to request a application for assistance for help while he is working through rehab. I live in WV, my husband is currently in a Union Mission program for an addiction. Since I was unable to get to work when he first went in, I lost my job. I have a few interviews this week, but have no income. I received a disconnect notice for August 12. I spoke to them and are unable to set up an arrangement or extension!
I’ve been trying all day to get help, and have no luck! I will be more than willing to donate to a place if I can get help. My bill is $215.85, and if disconnected I will have to pay over $400!. I have $135 of the 215, but they need the whole 215! I don’t know what to do! I have no family who is able to help! Thanks & God Bless!
